Garnish: Dehydrated Lime Wheel + Candied Ginger
0.50 oz lime juice (fresh squeezed)
0.50 oz ginger-honey
0.50 oz Passion Fruit Liqueur
1.50 oz Jus de Canne
In a mixing tin/glass, combine all ingredients, add ice, then shake for six to eight seconds. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass, then garnish and serve with a smile!
