INGREDIENTS

Glassware: Rocks
Garnish: Lemon Wedge or Candied Ginger (optional, if available)
2-3 Cuts Ginger-Root Discs
0.50 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.50 oz Honey Syrup
0.50 oz Yellow Chartreuse
1.50 oz Jus de Canne
In a mixing tin/glass first muddle fresh ginger-root discs. Then, add all the remaining ingredients; add ice, then shake for roughly six seconds. Double strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish
